Attention & Exchange Policy
Quality check is conducted for all products before dispatch. We do not accept products exchange in general due to hygiene reasons. We offer exchange if you receive wrong products and please contact us within 7 days upon products receipt. Loose threads, tiny dots, slight size measurements difference, color difference due to screen color, would not be considered as defects as long as the product use is not affected.
- Menstrual cotton pads are handmade products. It is normal to have some loose threads and slight size variation.
- Photos of our goods are all taken using real products. Pattern could be slightly different even for the same cloth.
- Since there is no chemical treatment on organic cotton products, some cotton seeds might be found which is normal and not a defect.
- There could be 1cm - 3cm differences in the actual product measurement compared to the product specification listed on our shop.
- Exchange request should be made within 7 days upon receipt of the products, otherwise request will not be accepted. Products to be exchanged must be brand new with packing intact. We are unable to exchange if the products are with missing parts, missing tags/labels, washed, used, worn, damaged, with stains/dirt/perfumes, etc., or the integrity of the product has not been maintained.
- We do not accept refund. If the respective product is sold out, customers can exchange for goods with same or higher value, after paying the price difference (if any).

We reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions without making prior notification. In the case of any disputes or issues, our decision will be final.
