How to Buy

1. Add to shopping cart and checkout
Add the items you selected to the Shopping Cart and pick the desired quantities, color, size (as appropriate). Press "Checkout" (on the top right hand corner or left panel) when you are done.

2. Preview order and proceed to checkout
You can adjust the quantities or delete the goods inside the Shopping Cart and follow the instructions on the page in order to proceed to checkout. You can first login if you are our members and this helps make the order process easier and smoother.

You are invited to become our members and it will be much easier to make and manage orders going forward. Member discounts are also available from time to time! 

3. Fill out delivery and payment information
Please fill out customer and delivery details, and then make payments. Please fill out the additional/supplementary information in the "Remarks for Shop" box if needed.

4. Order Confirmation
You will receive email confirmation after making a purchase. You can also login your account to check the order status. We will process your order and arrange delivery 3 - 5 working days after the receipt of the order and payment in general. If you do not receive any email after making a purchase, please contact us through email lovelycotton525@gmail.com or whatsapp 96819790.

5. Pre-order
For pre-order items, we will make order to our suppliers upon receipt of your order and payment. Delivery will be arranged as soon as practicable which usually takes around 7 - 12 working days.

In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right of the final decision.
